2012 Conference: Call for Presentations!

We are now accepting submissions for those looking to present at our Spring 2012 conference. Interested parties can submit their proposed presentation, following 3 simple steps:

  1. Review the conference presenter instructions. (PDF opens in new window).
  2. Submit your conference proposal via our online form. (This form opens in a new window. ) To view a printable copy of the required information, click here.
  3. Complete the Biographical Data form and the Conflict of Interest Disclosure. Email these files, along with all presenters' resumes / vitas, to info@biamd.org.
